Because we’re smaller than a school district, and because we don’t start classes until at least 9:00 a.m., we don’t necessarily align our operating status with the schools. Instead, we make decisions on a case-by-case basis taking into consideration road conditions, visibility and the potential for heavy snow and ice.
Some people feel more comfortable than others driving in winter weather. If we remain open, but you feel unsafe on the roads, we encourage you to stay home and schedule a makeup class.
