ShackFIT is Flipshack’s bodyweight fitness program designed to elevate well being and performance by developing suppleness, strength and power.

  • ringsFIT Build raw strength and joint stability through the exclusive use of gymnastic rings. Routines, isometrics and hyper-trophic (muscle building) workouts create a more powerful core and upper body. Exercises are scaled to match the abilities of all levels. Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:30 PM
  • romFIT Increase range of motion, muscle elasticity and stability for freedom of movement. Utilizes multiple stretching techniques while focusing on body awareness and proper muscle engagement, ensuring that flexibility is increased in a safe, productive manner. New class schedule in development.

Class communities are supportive, and lessons are scaled to the abilities of each individual.
