Shack ‘n Climb (In Partnership with Pure Bouldering Gym)
June 1-4, 12-3 pm, Boys and Girls Ages 6 thru Teens
Get a diverse movement experience with parkour and gymnastics at Flipshack, plus indoor rock climbing challenges at Pure Bouldering! Camp members will meet at Flipshack on Monday and Wednesday, and at Pure (just down the road at 1401 South 8th Street) on Tuesday and Thursday. *
June 8-11, 12-3 pm, Boys and Girls Ages 6 thru Teens
Build your confidence and agility through parkour training that emphasizes acrobatics, efficiency in overcoming obstacles and the healthy sustainment of impact, while developing coordination, air awareness and power through the training of acrobatic skills on trampolines and the ground, like cartwheeling, hand-springing and flipping.
June 15-18, 12-3 pm / June 20, 3:00-5:30 pm
Learn and practice routines on the vault, bars, beam and floor during the week. Then, show off your skills to friends and family in a “mock meet” on Saturday night. Exclusively for Flipshack Level 2 Momentum and Gymnastics class girls.
July 13-16, 12-3 pm, Boys and Girls Ages 6 thru Teens
Tumbling fosters coordination, air awareness and power through the training of acrobatic skills on trampolines and the ground, like cartwheeling, hand-springing and flipping.
July 20-23, 12-3 pm, Boys and Girls Ages 6 thru Teens
Enjoy gymnastics and parkour at Flipshack, plus fun with Kids on Bikes as they take you through cycling on urban trails! They’ll train with us at Flipshack on Monday and Wednesday, and ride out with Kids on Bikes on Tuesday and Thursday. *
